The rates have been calculated as if the extra over 2 Pax is a child over 2 years old. (All the extra Pax that are adults are charged as children).

Apartments offer accommodation for max four to five guests.

No charge for children under 2 years old.

Baby cot at extra charge (6,00 euro per day paid on the spot).

Sea view Standard Apartment can be guaranteed with an additional charge.

All apartments have free air-conditioning or heating in the bedrooms, free Internet and free satellite TV.

All bookings will be on a request basis.
For Reservation: In order to have a reservation Confirmed, a deposit of 30% is required.
Payment by Credit Card: We accept Visa card, MasterCard, American Express
We accept bank transfers for payments and deposits.
Porto Sisi cancellation policy:

No Show or Early departure is charged with the full amount.
- Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival is charged with 50% of total amount.
Porto Sisi cancellation policy for arrivals from 1st July to 31st August:
- Cancellation up to 2 days or Early departure is charged with the full amount.
- Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival is charged with 50% of total amount.
- Cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival is charged with 30% of total amount.
